Shipping Policy
We try our best to process and ship your order the same day it is received, or the next day if UPS has already been here. If for any reason we can not we will send you an email explaining why we can't.

Shipping Rates:

We offer both UPS and USPS for our shipping methods. Our Standard shipping method is generally shipped via UPS SurePost. This method has UPS pick up the order from our warehouse, then they deliver it to the local post office, USPS, who then completes the delivery. See our shipping rates below.

High value orders over $250 will ship via UPS and will be billed at UPS Ground Rates.

UPS Ground and All other options are shipped out via UPS.
  Other Options are billed at the UPS rate for weight, size and destination. There is a $5.00 Special handling fee for the follow services:

  1. Simply login to our website and choose the products you need to order.
  2. Then, put your customers address in the ship to field.
  3. We will ship your order discreetly, in a brown box and a shipping label.
  4. Inside the box will be a packing list of the items they have ordered.
  5. The packing list inside the box only shows the shipping information you fill out as you place the order.
  6. You will also see a list of the contents and the weight. To see an example of the packing list click here. We do not put our company information or pricing on the packing list.

*Backorders: In the event that a back order occurs, you will receive notification via email. Backorders are shipped as they become available at no additional ship charge, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. If you would like more information on a back ordered item, or if you prefer to cancel the back order, please email your request to mall@CustomShopping.com referencing your order number.

Sales Tax and delivery policy


If your shipping/delivery address is in New Mexico you will automatically be charged applicable sales tax at checkout. If you have a valid New Mexico Business License on file with us, at our discretion, we will refund or credit your account for the amount of sales tax we collected from you each time.

The products will be delivered to the address provided by you during the check out process. The e-mail existence is checked automatically. If for any reason you provide the incorrect e-mail address please contact us and we will proceed your order manually. We are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information provided by you.

Refund Policy
Please read carefully the description of a product before purchasing. If you have any questions regarding a product please ask us by emailing or using the "Contact Us" form on our web-site.
If a product is defective, broken or miss labeled, at our discretion, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
RETURNS FOR ANY REASON MUST HAVE A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) NUMBER ON THE PACKAGE, NO EXCEPTIONS. any returns without an RMA number will be refused delivery. Please do not attempt to return ANY Item without contacting CustomShopping.com first. Non Defective, Broken or Miss Labeled Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it or issue a refund within 30 days of sale.

Dropshipped Returns:
Dropshipped items may only be returned if product is defective, Broken or Miss Labeled upon arrival. We will not accept returns for drop ship items that are not defective.
